Hands-on Classes

Walk a mile in our chefs’ shoes.  Our hands-on cooking classes put you in control of the KITCHEN.  Through the guidance of the chef, you will compose a fresh, gourmet meal from start to garnish.  Learn the cooking techniques required to transform raw ingredients into a plate of eatable art.  Seasonal and globally influenced recipes will be your pathway; the Kitchen Culinary Studio will be your experience.
  • Hands-On classes are approximately 3 hours in duration
  • Menu offerings are globally inspired and change monthly
  • $59 per person, all inclusive
  • Guest must be 21 years or older to participate

Table in a Kitchen

Get out of the restaurant rut and reserve a table in Chef Jay Norris’ kitchen.  Observation and demonstration is all part of this internationally influenced five-course tasting dinner.  Relax with a cocktail or a glass of wine as each dish is created in front of you, every Friday at 6pm.
